Prior to coming to Whetstone, Michelle held several leadership roles in both academic and corporate settings. She has a Masters in Education from Auburn University where she specialized in the area of Psychometrics. Michelle is experienced in the science of testing, interpretation and validation of testing methodology. She has extensive leadership experience with diverse populations and work environments and brings a depth of human behavioral understanding to the practice of identifying, evaluating and developing high performers within an organization.
